Abstract
The research explored transdisciplinarily how high school students in the capital of Mexico see artificial intelligence (AI) in their social interrelation dynamics, leisure activities and entertainment. A descriptive quantitative methodology was used, with a sample of students from the public and private sectors; an ad hoc Likert scale instrument was used (reliability coefficient of 0.77). The main findings indicated that students: consider that AI does not necessarily have to dehumanize interpersonal interaction, and they do not know if this technology favors the creation of new human ties; they like to use AI to entertain themselves and have moments of leisure by generating content with it, but they do not use it to disseminate information. It is concluded that AI has the capacity to generate new forms of transdisciplinary dialogicity in social and cultural interactions that help give a disruptive sense of identity.
